No Knead Sourdough Bread Class


Our pizza dough is a version of a no knead sourdough bread. It's probably the easiest bread you'll make by hand and so satisfying.

The class we teach runs from 2 to about 7pm on a Saturday. We are currently running it at Sogno della Terra at 901 Washington Street in Columbus. 

Here is what we'll cover, basically a class outline.

Dough basics.
Preshaping.
Mixing and fermentation.
Final shaping.
(Dinner break.)
Maintaining a starter/culture.
Baking.
How to handle your finished bread.

The class is $45. It includes dinner, some of our sourdough culture, if you'd like some, and several of the loaves we make throughout the day. We will divide up what's left after we've sampled a few.

We hope you'll join us. We are limiting the class to 8 people due to space constraints.
